The negotiation team composed of Zhang Mengru, Yang Xiangyan, Zhang Ruizheng, and Xiang Feihong from the School of Economics and Management participated in the event. Under the guidance of Teacher Gong Huang, they stood out from more than 200 university teams nationwide and won the First Prize in the national competition.
The competition consisted of two tracks: an on-site competition and an online competition. Lasting more than five months, it began on June 30 with the release of the first-round negotiation case and proceeded through stages such as proposal writing, online preliminaries, and online finals, ultimately achieving excellent results. During the preparation process, several faculty members from the Department of Business Administration provided meticulous guidance and support to the participating students. The student competitors also conducted thorough research and studied business negotiation knowledge diligently. Teachers and students worked together throughout the competition.
