Vice President Bian Zhengfu delivered the opening remarks and shared three insights and expectations:
Foster innovative integration in response to national needs – Universities should leverage their technological and intellectual advantages to collaborate with enterprises and jointly foster new quality productive forces through bidirectional integration, thereby supporting China’s high-quality development strategy.
Build innovation communities led by alumni – Alumni serve as vital bridges connecting the university to the wider world. The MBA Alumni Association should further strengthen its platform-building capacity and resource integration to accelerate the commercialization of scientific achievements in alumni enterprises.
Train innovative talents grounded in cutting-edge knowledge – The university will continue to align MBA education with industry demands to cultivate versatile, high-level talents proficient in technology, management, and innovation.
Following the speech, an MBA External Mentor Appointment Ceremony was held. Four distinguished alumni—Wang Tao, Ding Lei, Cao Huaye, and Cai Weikun—were appointed as external mentors for the MBA program. The appointment letters were presented by Dean Ding Zhihua.
