    SEM Excels in the 2024 Jiangsu University Students' Enterprise Digital Management Innovation Competition

    On December 7, 2024The 2024 Jiangsu University Students' Enterprise Digital Management Innovation Competition concluded successfully at Southeast University. Three teams from the School of Economics and Management achieved remarkable results. The "Meng Yi Alliance" team (comprising Qiliyu, Yang Shuo, and Shen Kehong from Accounting Class 22-1) won the provincial first prize. Meanwhile, the "Fei Fei Fei" team (Li Lin from Accounting Class 22-4, and Li Jingyi and Xue Yao from Accounting Class 22-3) and the "Mickey Miaomiao" team (Song Kairui, Lü Wenxuan, and Zhang Yidan from Accounting Class 22-1) each secured a provincial second prize.

    The competition was hosted by the China Business Accounting Association and Southeast University and organized by Kingdee Jingyi Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. It attracted participation from 30 universities across Jiangsu Province, including Southeast University, Soochow University, China University of Mining and Technology, and Nanjing University of Finance and Economics. A total of 77 teams and nearly 270 students and teachers competed.

    The event aimed to assess students' understanding of enterprise digital management, foster innovative thinking, and enhance practical application skills. It also supports teaching reforms in related disciplines and cultivates digital management talents to meet modern industry needs. Notably, the Kingdee Cloud Management Innovation Cup is included in the Ministry of Education's 2023 National University Students' Competition Analysis Report observation directory.
    During the competition, students demonstrated solid professional knowledge and excellent practical abilities. They diligently analyzed problems, actively sought solutions, and applied theoretical knowledge and practical operations across financial and supply chain modules. Their outstanding performance highlighted the School's success in digital management education.

    Looking ahead, SEM will continue to strengthen collaboration with enterprises, industries, and the broader community. By providing students with broader platforms and practical opportunities, the School aims to help them achieve greater success in the field of digital management. Additionally, the School will persist in fostering and training students' innovation capabilities, contributing to the cultivation of more high-quality talents with strong digital management competencies.
