Friendships forged in college grow stronger over time. On the morning of June 11, alumni from the Class of 2000 Human Resource Management program returned to campus to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their graduation. They gathered with Associate Dean Zhu Xiaodong, Zhang Xu (Director of the Undergraduate Teaching Office), Yue Ting (Party Branch Secretary and Program Head of Human Resource Management), and faculty representatives Fu Jinhui, Yu Haimao, and Jiang Luyuan to reminisce about their student days and discuss the future.
Associate Dean Zhu Xiaodong warmly welcomed the alumni on behalf of the school. He shared insights into the school's history, disciplinary development, and faculty status, as well as the latest achievements and future plans for the school and its programs. Dean Zhu extended an invitation to alumni to strengthen connections with the school, help students broaden their horizons, promote industry-education resource sharing, and work together to build a brighter future for the school.
The alumni representatives engaged in in-depth discussions with school leaders and faculty on topics such as student development and institutional advancement. Reflecting on their university days and career paths, the alumni shared their perspectives on essential professional competencies, career growth trajectories, and current industry trends. They also provided valuable suggestions for curriculum and program improvements. The alumni expressed heartfelt gratitude for the education and opportunities provided by the school, while also voicing pride in the school’s achievements.
The event concluded with a group photo of the school leaders, faculty representatives, and the Class of 2000 Human Resource Management alumni. Together, they wished for the school to continue upholding its values of “resilience, collaboration, innovation, excellence, and fairness” for generations to come.
