On February 26, the first day of the new semester, Li Xinchun, Party Secretary of the School of Economics and Management, and Ding Zhihua, Dean of the school, led the entire leadership team to the frontlines of teaching. They conducted comprehensive inspections of teaching activities for the semester’s inaugural classes, focusing on teacher attendance, student participation, and the quality of instruction.
To ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the school’s teaching activities, the leadership team placed significant emphasis on the first day of classes. They conducted in-person class observations during the first and second periods. A total of 39 instructors began their teaching duties on the first day of the new semester. These instructors were well-prepared, arriving at their classrooms ahead of schedule to make necessary preparations. During their lessons, they employed a variety of teaching tools to interact with students, fostering a lively and engaging classroom atmosphere.
After classes, school leaders communicated with the instructors regarding teaching methods, course content, and other relevant matters. The School of Economics and Management has consistently prioritized the cultivation of a strong academic atmosphere by paying attention to every teaching detail, enhancing teaching quality, and striving to elevate the standard of talent cultivation to new heights.
