About the Speaker:
Mr. Cui Hengwen holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Nanjing University. He is a Senior Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). He is also a participant in the 13th cohort of the National High-level Accounting Talent Training Program for Enterprises. Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Jiangsu Xukun Energy Co., Ltd.
Key Achievements:
1. Research Contributions:
Participated in the project titled Application Research of New Accounting Standards—Design of Accounting Methods for Coal Enterprises, commissioned by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance, which won the Third Prize in the China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award and the First Prize in the 2009 Jiangsu Province Coal Science and Technology Progress Award.
Contributed to three projects, including R&D and Application of Financial Control Information System for Xukun Group, which received the Group's Science and Technology Progress Award.
2. Published Research:
Led the project Research on ESG Report Preparation and Disclosure in the Coal Industry—A Case Study of Jiangsu Xukun Energy Co., Ltd., which won Third Prize in the Jiangsu Federation of Social Sciences’ 2022 "Applied Research Excellence Project" Financial Development Category.
3. Industry Innovations:
Contributed to the project Research and Application of Coal Mine Fine Management Information Systems, which was recognized with the Third Prize in the Modernization Innovation Achievements in Coal Enterprise Management (Industry Level) by the China National Coal Association.
This lecture will explore key issues and strategies surrounding financial compliance for corporate listings, drawing insights from real-world projects and research conducted in the energy and coal industries.
