Expert Introduction
Yang Xiaoguang is a distinguished professor at CUMT SEM and a researcher at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He previously served as Deputy Director of the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chairman of the China System Engineering Society, Chairman of the European System Science Research Conference, and editor-in-chief of "Systems Engineering Theory and Practice" and "Systems Science and Mathematics".
He has received prestigious awards, including the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker Award, and the China Youth Science and Technology Award. Yang Xiaoguang was also selected as an expert for the National Outstanding Contribution Specialist and as a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars.
He has published in globally recognized journals such as Operations Research (UTD 24) and Finance Research, with significant contributions in economic and financial policy analysis and advanced optimization theories. Yang Xiaoguang has led several major national projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation's "973" Key Program and significant research topics under the “15th Five-Year Plan” for Science and Technology.
Over the past 30 years, he has also contributed as chief editor to national strategic reports such as “China’s Economic Forecast and Outlook”, which have gained broad attention from domestic and international media.
