Fu Baohua is the Chairman of Jiangsu Nongaitan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Director of Xuzhou Runjiayuan Seed Industry Research Institute, Representative of the People's Congress of Tongshan District, Xuzhou, President of Xuzhou Henan Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of the Open Economy Development Association of Tongshan District, Xuzhou. He also serves as an external master's advisor at China University of Mining and Technology.
