Speaker Introduction
Professor Gu Dongxiao is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology. He serves as Deputy Director of the Ministry of Education Laboratory for Data Science and Intelligent Social Governance and is a recipient of the Anhui Province Outstanding Youth Science Foundation.
Professor Gu has been recognized on Stanford University’s list of the world’s top 2% scientists and is one of Anhui Province’s leading young talents. He also holds a concurrent position as a researcher at the Big Data Research Institute of Wuhan University.
His research focuses on data science, AI governance, intelligent management, and smart healthcare. He has published over 150 papers in domestic and international journals, including 75 SCIE/SSCI-indexed papers and 25 CSSCI-indexed papers, with over 3,000 citations on Google Scholar and an h-index of 31.
He has led nearly 20 research projects, including the Anhui Province Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, five National Natural Science Foundation projects, and major projects funded by the Ministry of Education’s Humanities and Social Sciences Research Base. Additionally, he has participated in over 10 major projects, including National Social Science Fund and National Natural Science Foundation key projects.
