Speaker Introduction
Dr. Qin Quande is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Shenzhen University. He is a strategic expert for the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and has been recognized as a Distinguished Talent under the Guangdong Special Support Plan, a High-Level Talent in Shenzhen, and an Outstanding Scholar at Shenzhen University.
Professor Qin has led over 20 projects, including four funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and two funded by the Ministry of Education and the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has published more than 70 academic papers in leading international journals as the first or corresponding author, with over 50 of them in SSCI/SCI Q1 journals.
He has been listed among Stanford University’s top 2% of global scientists for four consecutive years. Additionally, Professor Qin serves as an editorial board member for Coal Economic Research and Energy and Climate Change and as a guest editor and reviewer for several prestigious international journals.
He holds academic positions such as Vice President of the Guangdong System Engineering Society, Executive Council Member of the Energy Economy and Management Division of the China Society of Systems Engineering, and Executive Member of the Energy Resource Systems Engineering Division of the China Society of Systems Engineering.
