About the Speaker:
Wu Jianglong is the former Director, Vice President, and CFO of XCMG Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., and currently serves as an external director of Xuzhou Jiaokong Group and Guosheng Group. He is the President of the Xuzhou Financial Management Association and a Professor-level Senior Accountant with a PhD in Management.
Dr. Wu has been recognized with numerous honors, including being a second-tier talent in Jiangsu Province’s 4th "333 Project," an expert with outstanding contributions to Jiangsu Province, a consultant for the Ministry of Finance’s Internal Control and Accounting Informatization Committee, China’s first Distinguished Management Accountant, Vice President of the Jiangsu Provincial Chief Accountants Association, and a member of the Jiangsu Provincial Senior Accountant Evaluation Committee. He also holds the title of Industrial Professor in Jiangsu Province.
Dr. Wu has received multiple provincial and national awards for scientific and technological progress, philosophy, and social sciences, as well as national management innovation awards. He has published over 60 high-quality papers in SCI, EI, CSSCI, and core journals recognized by Peking University.
Building on years of managerial experience at XCMG and theoretical advancements, Dr. Wu creatively proposed the "Management Cube" theory. This comprehensive cost control model earned recognition as an outstanding case in the Three-Year Action Plan by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) and has been praised by leaders and experts from the Ministry of Finance, SASAC, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Dr. Wu was named one of the "Top 10 CFOs of the Year" in China in 2009 and was honored as a National Advanced Accountant by the Ministry of Finance.
