    Speaker Introductions

    Jiang Luyuan

    Associate Professor at the School of Business Management, Sun Yat-sen University. Jiang obtained a Ph.D. in management from Sun Yat-sen University and was a visiting scholar at the University of Göttingen in Germany. Her research focuses on strategic human resource management and published various high-quality papers in internationally renowned journals such as Tourism Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, PLOS ONE, and Psychological Science Progress. Her projects have been recognized with awards, including "Outstanding Paper" at the 2018 Chinese Management Annual Conference and "Best Paper" at the American Academy of Management (AOM). Jiang has led national and provincial-level scientific research projects.

    Jiang Xin

    Assistant Professor at the School of Economics and Management, CUMT, specializing in management science and engineering. Jiang earned a Ph.D. in management from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and completed her undergraduate studies at Renmin University of China. She also served as a postdoctoral researcher at Nanjing University Business School (2023.12 – present). Her research focuses on the environmental and economic performance of policies in carbon reduction under big data frameworks, with publications in journals like Resources, Conservation & Recycling, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Environmental Science and Technology. Jiang has led National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) youth projects and participated in multiple major projects.

    Wang Yadong

    Ph.D. in Management Science, a "Navigation Plan" candidate of CUMT. Wang completed a bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree at CUMT (2012–2023) and conducted postdoctoral research at the Technical University of Berlin in 2022-2023. His research focuses on energy economy, technology management, and public policy. Wang has led National Natural Science Foundation projects, Youth Talent Science Fund projects, and Jiangsu Province higher education programs. He has published more than 20 papers in journals such as Energy Economics, Energy Policy, Resources Policy, Structural Change and Economic Dynamics, and other SSCI/SCI/CSSCI journals.

    Wu Changsong

    Ph.D. in Management from the School of Economics and Management, CUMT, and a postdoctoral researcher in Industrial Engineering at Beihang University (2023). Wu completed joint doctoral training at the University of Birmingham (2020–2021). His research focuses on complex economic systems, policy innovation, and industrial integrated innovation strategies. Wu has led National Natural Science Foundation projects and participated in major projects from the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province. He has published papers in journals such as Applied Energy, Transportation Research Part E, Energy & Environment, and China Science.
