Formerly served as General Manager of the Marketing Management Department at Greenland Group, overseeing real estate marketing projects in over 200 cities across nine countries.
Previous roles include Engineer and Project Lead for Technical and Economic Analysis at Xi'an Design and Research Institute under the Ministry of Coal Industry; Marketing Director at Shanghai Zhongjian (Group) Real Estate Development Co.; Deputy General Manager at Shanghai Junshun Real Estate Co.; Assistant General Manager and Marketing Director of the Jiangxi Division and Northwest Division of Greenland Group; and General Manager of Greenfield OWNCY Business Consulting Co., Ltd.
Additionally served as a board member at A-Living Smart City Services Co., Ltd. (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange).

Profile: National Historical City Researcher and Vice President of the Shanghai Alumni Association of China University of Mining and Technology.
Formerly a faculty member and Youth League Secretary at the School of Civil Engineering at China University of Mining and Technology.
Served as General Manager of Shanghai Guanhua Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Project Leader at Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning Institute.
Acted as Chief Advisor for the Qiao Family Courtyard Scenic Area and Commander-in-Chief for the Qiao Family Courtyard Cultural Tourism Town Construction Headquarters.
Key projects include Shanghai Leiden Town, Qiao Family Courtyard Cultural Tourism Town, Chunmuyuan Town, Yongcheng City Master Plan, Greentown Xixi Jinlu, Greentown Huaibei Chengyuan, and Jiangyin Chengjiang Mingyue.
