Speaker Introduction
Liu Xiaojuan has over 30 years of experience in asset appraisal. She is a Certified Asset Appraiser and a Registered Real Estate Valuer. Currently, she serves as the Chairwoman of Jiangsu Zhongqin Asset Appraisal and Real Estate Valuation Co., Ltd.
She holds various professional and industry leadership roles, including:
Liu Xiaojuan has been honored as a “30-Year Distinguished Member” by the China Asset Appraisal Association. She has also served as a member of the 5th Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Yunlong District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
