Speaker Profile:
Zhou Erbo is a graduate of China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) and currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of the Mineral Resources Appraisal Center at Zhonglian Asset Appraisal Group. He is a certified asset appraiser and mineral rights appraiser.
Zhou specializes in the valuation of mineral rights, mining enterprises, and corporate assets across various industries. His expertise includes major asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, overseas project asset valuations, and asset valuations for financial reporting purposes.
He is an appraisal and training expert for central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, and financial institutions, including China Aluminum Corporation, Jingneng Group, China Coal Technology and Engineering Group, China Nonferrous Metal Corporation, China Coal Group, and Minsheng Bank. Additionally, he serves as an asset appraisal reviewer for the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commissions (SASAC) of several provinces, including Hubei, Shanxi, Shandong, and Henan.
Zhou has contributed to the compilation of asset appraisal examination textbooks, the revision and research of mineral rights valuation standards, and the preparation of performance evaluation documents for Chinese listed companies.
