Expert Introduction
Mei Liang: Deputy Researcher at the National Development Research Institute, Peking University. Specializes in innovation management and science and technology policy research. Mei has achieved remarkable academic accomplishments and has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (general projects, youth projects, etc.), the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences General Project, and national high-end think tank research topics.
As an author, Mei has published research articles in journals such as Management World, Nankai Business Review, Industrial and Corporate Change, Long Range Planning, R&D Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Small Business Management, and others. Published more than 80 English and Chinese academic articles in prestigious journals.
Currently serves as Deputy Editor of the international journal Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, and Journal of Responsible Technology. Also serves on the editorial board of Science Research Management and is a Youth Committee member of Scientific Research.
