Expert Profile:
Tong Teng, born in August 1983, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, graduated from China University of Mining and Technology with a degree in e-commerce, and is currently the Vice President of Alibaba Group Flying Pig Travel.
Between 2006 and 2014, he worked in Xuzhou government office and the Commerce Bureau, was the first batch of local government e-commerce division director, cultivated China's first Taobao village, which was signed by Premier Wen Jiabao rural e-commerce "Shaji model"; member of Jiangsu e-commerce industry development planning" expert group, member of "e-commerce law" expert group.
From 2015 till now, he joined Alibaba Group as director, deputy general manager and general manager of the Strategic Development Department, responsible for the Group's strategic cooperation with local governments and landing, deeply involved in the health code, city brain and other government-enterprise cooperation projects.
In 2022, he was adjusted to be in charge of Alibaba Group's Vice President of Public Affairs and Secretary General of Help the Common Wealth Group, coordinating the Group's common wealth planning, construction, and operation work.
In May 2023, he was adjusted to be the Vice President of Alibaba Group Flying Pig Travel, in charge of public affairs, government-enterprise cooperation, social responsibility and globalization promotion.
