Rapporteur Profile:
Dr. Zhao Shuming is a senior professor of humanities and social sciences at Nanjing University, honorary dean of the Business School of Nanjing University, dean of the Xingzhi College of Nanjing University, doctoral supervisor, and academic leader of the discipline of Enterprise Management at Nanjing University. Dr. Zhao is also the Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee of Business Administration Education of the Ministry of Education, the Third Chairman of the International Society for Management Studies, the Vice President of the China Management Modernization Research Association, the Invited Vice President of the China Society for Human Resource Development, and the Honorary Lifetime Chairman of the Human Resource Society of Jiangsu Province. Prof. Zhao Shuming was awarded the "First and Second Level Cultivation Objects of the National Project of One Hundred Million Talents" (1997), and he has published more than 20 academic books and 400 papers, among which the book "Research on Human Resource Management" was awarded the thirteenth National Book Award of China, and "Fourth (2006) Chinese University Humanities and Social Sciences Research Award" of the Ministry of Education. Among them, the book "Research on Human Resource Management" won the 13th China National Book Award and the first prize of the "Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences Research in Chinese Universities in the Fourth Session (2006)" of the Ministry of Education; the book "Research on Competency Qualities of China's Managers for Professionalization" won the first prize of the 11th Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences in Jiangsu Province (2011). The project "Localized Training Mode of Human Resource Management Talents Based on Competency Trait Theory" by him and the teaching team of Human Resource Management of Business School of Nanjing University was awarded the First Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Teaching Achievements (2011). He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration by Seton Hill University (2006), and received the Highest Special Medal from the President of the University of Missouri (2008), the Fudan Award for Distinguished Contribution to Management (2010), and was honored by the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the CPC and the People's Government of the CPC as a Jiangsu Famous Scientist in Social Sciences (2015), and by Nanjing University in the year of 2019 as the " Advanced Teachers' Morality", "Knowledge Mapping and Prospect of HRM Research in the Chinese Context of 70 Years of New China" won the First Prize of the 16th Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Jiangsu Province (2020), "Human Resource Management and Development" won the First Excellent Textbook Award of the Ministry of Education in 2021 The first prize of the first excellent textbook award of the Ministry of Education in 2021 for "Human Resource Management and Development" (2021), the teaching and research team of Human Resource Management (team leader: Zhao Shuming) was awarded the title of "Advanced Teacher Morality" by Nanjing University in 2021, and was awarded the prize of Outstanding Contribution to the Cultivation of Talents by Nanjing University in February 2022, and in 2023, he was appointed by Nanjing University as a "Nanyong Scholar Distinguished Chair Professor". In 2023, he was appointed by Nanjing University as "Nanyong Scholar Chair Professor".
Report Abstract: The iteration and popularization of digital technologies such as mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and so on have far-reaching impacts on the society, which is not only reflected in the changes of productivity and production structure, but also in the impacts on human lifestyles, values and even social governance. The speech starts from analyzing the characteristics of the digital economy, digital industrialization, industrial digitization, digital governance, digital valorization; then, discusses the changes brought by the digital economy and intelligence to the enterprise organization, the interconnection of everything, data factorization, just intelligence, wealth virtualization, and analyzes the changes brought by the digital transformation to the enterprise from the case analysis of three enterprises, such as Haier, Midea, and Digital China, etc.; finally, makes a proposal on how to push forward the digital transformation of the enterprise's human resource management. Finally, on how to promote the digital transformation of enterprise human resource management, put forward five suggestions:
1, strengthen the "digital thinking" of enterprise human resource management,
2, improve the "digital capabilities" of enterprise human resource management,
3, explore the "digital value" of enterprise human resource management,
4, improve the "digital value" of enterprise human resource management,
5, improve the "digital value" of enterprise human resource management. "Explore the "digital intelligent solutions" for enterprise human resource management, and attach importance to the "digital intelligent security" of enterprise human resource management.
