Rapporteur Profile:
Ms. Liu Xiaojuan has been engaged in asset appraisal for more than 30 years as an asset appraiser and registered real estate appraiser. She is chairman of Jiangsu Zhongqin Asset Appraisal & Real Estate Valuation Co. She was member of the Fifth Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Yunlong District, Xuzhou City. She is member of the Fifth Congress of Jiangsu Asset Appraisal Association and an expert member of the Inspection Panel of Jiangsu Asset Appraisal Association, member of the expert pool of Xuzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, vice president of Xuzhou Real Estate Appraisal Industry Association, member of the expert pool of Xuzhou Intermediate People's Court, expert of Xuzhou Real Estate Appraisal Industry Association, and member of the expert committee of Xuzhou Housing Expropriation Appraisal.
