Xu Heng is an accomplished professional in the field of human resource management. Holding dual master's degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration from China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT), he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering. Xu is a certified Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in strategic and operational HR management.
