Speaker Introduction
Zhang Yongwei is a Director and Co-President at Shanghai Dongzhou Asset Valuation Co., Ltd. He is a certified asset valuer and land valuer with over 20 years of professional experience.
After joining the asset valuation industry in 1997, Zhang became part of Shanghai Dongzhou Asset Valuation in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. Throughout his career, he has held roles including Project Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Valuer, and Co-President.
Professional Contributions
From 2012 to 2017, Zhang served as a member of the 14th, 15th, and 16th Main Board Issuance Examination Committees of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). He has led or participated in asset valuations for numerous enterprises and institutions, including over 100 projects related to the restructuring and mergers of companies preparing for IPOs.
