Wenhao, Ph.D. in Economics, professor, Internationally Certified Valuer of Business Values (ICVS), Postdoctoral Fellow of the Institute of Industrial Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and Visiting Scholar of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in the United States, is currently the deputy dean of the School of Business Administration of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and deputy director of the MBA Education Center, and also the executive director of the Corporate Value Research Center of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, member of the National Steering Committee for Graduate Education of Asset Appraisal Degree, vice president of Hubei Rural Planning Research Association, president of Wuhan Intellectual Property Service Association, executive director of China Society of Industrial Economics, executive director of Hubei Society of Industrial Economics, executive director of Hubei SASAC, and executive director of Hubei State-owned Assets Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Commission. Executive Director of China Society of Industrial Economics, Executive Director of Hubei Society of Industrial Economics, Expert on Asset Appraisal Project Evaluation of Hubei State-owned Assets Commission, Expert on Asset Appraisal Technical Consultation of Hubei Department of Finance, Expert on Budget Review and Supervision of State-owned Assets of Hubei Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee on Budget, Expert on Intellectual Property Value Evaluation of China Intellectual Property Research Association.
His research fields include intellectual property and innovation, intangible assets and corporate strategy, asset valuation, etc. He has published more than 30 professional papers in journals such as China Industrial Economy, Macroeconomic Research, and China Asset Appraisal, 3 monographs, and participated in the preparation of 5 textbooks; he has presided over and accomplished the projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education of China, the Hubei Social Sciences Foundation, and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He has presided over and completed the projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Humanities and Social Science Foundation of Ministry of Education, Social Science Foundation of Hubei Province, and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, etc. He has presided over over more than 30 projects entrusted by the Ministry of Finance, State Intellectual Property Office, China Association of Asset Appraisal, Hubei Provincial Intellectual Property Office, Wuhan Intellectual Property Office, etc. He has provided strategic planning and intangible asset valuation consulting and training to Three Gorges Group, China Construction Transportation Group, Yangtze River Power Group, Dongfeng Motor Import & Export Corporation, Wuhan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Wuhan Steel Engineering and Technology Group, Guangdong Xinyuan Logistics Equipment Company, Hanzhengjie Holding Group, Wuhan Public Transportation Group, and Changtou Township Company, etc. He has also provided training and consulting to the Hubei Provincial Social Fund Project and China Doctoral Fund Project.
